Terms of Service

Plain English summary: Use DIDfarm lawfully, pay on time, don't abuse the service. We'll keep your numbers live, respond to support quickly, and give you fair notice before any changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the DIDfarm platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Services

DIDfarm provides virtual telephone number ("DID") services including number search, provisioning, configuration, and management. We aim to activate numbers within 60 seconds of payment, though this is a target and not a guaranteed SLA for all markets.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will not reduce core functionality without notifying affected customers at least 30 days in advance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be transferred to another party without our prior written consent.

4. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your chosen billing cycle. All fees are shown in your selected currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before renewal. Cancel at any time from your portal.

Failed payments: If payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days. Numbers may be suspended after a 3-day grace period. Numbers are released after 30 days of non-payment.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if your number was not provisioned due to a fault on our side. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the Service. We will add VAT/GST where legally required and provide compliant invoices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Spamming, robocalling, or unsolicited marketing in violation of applicable law (including GDPR, TCPA, PECR)
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or illegal activities
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
  • Distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks
  • Reselling numbers without a reseller agreement
  • Violating any applicable telecommunications regulations

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

The DIDfarm platform, brand, and all related intellectual property remain our sole property. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIDfarm's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business or revenue resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your portal settings. Upon cancellation, your active numbers will be released at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service illegally.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tilburg, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
