Elevated provisioning latency — DIDWW European numbers
Some European numbers via DIDWW experienced provisioning delays of up to 4 minutes. Automatic failover to Telnyx was activated. Issue resolved after 23 minutes. All affected orders provisioned successfully. Root cause: DIDWW API rate limiting during peak load.

Payment webhook delivery delays
Stripe webhook events were delayed by up to 8 minutes due to queue backlog. No payments were lost. Portal status updates were delayed but all numbers provisioned correctly once webhooks were processed. Queue cleared after 34 minutes.
